Refund Policy

If for any reason you do not receive the product from Panache Tech Solutions, shipped by express shipping within 12 days from the date of shipment, a credit will be applied to your credit card equal to the amount charged or a replacement shipment sent to you at your request.
If the product unit arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us, we will credit your account or replace your order.

Return/Exchange Policy Steps:
1. You must notify PANACHE TECH SOLUTIONS within 48 hours of receipt of your order - items. With reason & explanation of your return or exchange.

2. Item(s) must be received back to PANACHE TECH SOLUTIONS within 7 days for replacement, refund, exchange or store credit.

3. Items must be returned in their original condition & packing.

4. After these steps have been completed PROPERLY & we have received your item(s) back. You will receive a return, exchange/credit. A refund/exchange/credit will be issued to you in the manner it was received.

Please Note We Do Not Accept ANY of the following Item(s) For Returns or Exchanges.

***NO returns/exchanges will be honored, If you return an item or items to us without notifying us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returns received without 48 hours notice, return confirmation & after the 7th day will be REFUSED. Packages will be returned back to you. No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.

Return/Exchange Shipping Policy


1. ALL returns, exchanges refunds are minus S/H costs. We will deduct our cost of S/H of that order from the amount of your refund.

2. Customer is responsible for all S/H costs to return non-defective item(s). We highly recommend you track your returns with delivery confirmation. So that you may confirm we have received your item(s) for return. You may also want to consider insuring your return. PANACHE TECH SOLUTIONS will not be responsible for the loss of any returns that have not been insured.

3. If you should receive a defective item or an error with your order. We pay all standard shipping charges to replace the item(s). Our errors will be corrected and shipped at our expense.

Refused & Undeliverable Packages Policy

"Refused Orders/Packages"
Refusing an order/package upon attempted delivery does NOT entitle you to a FULL refund. Refused orders/packages will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Plus our cost to ship package to you & return shipping back to us. ***As we are charged return postaged for all refused packages.
